Please RSVP by August 4th

Each formal invitation contains a SASE and cards for each invited guest. Please fill out both sides and mail by the deadline so that we have an accurate head count for September 4th.

Please also indicate on the menu side if you have any food allergies or diet restrictions and we will do our best to fulfill them.
